Involvement[]
They appear in the first level of the first game. They also appear in episode 4 of the anime series.
Strategy[]
These guys are pretty simple. All they do is spin around like a tornado before punching or kicking; you can either dodge their attack and Slow-Punch them or just Slow-Punch them while they're spinning. Freezes when you Zoom-In. To dodge their attack in Ultra-V Rated, simply tap up or down on the stick; if you're facing them and you dodged in the right direction, they will attack automatically.
